Cancellation policy

Due to the importance placed on a timely delivery, it can be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. All orders placed prior to 3pm will be sent out same day. Any cancellation requests must be done within the hour of purchase. After this time period cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy/Refund

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please let us know within 24 hours. At that time, we are happy to pick up the product and replace it with another of the same. If this option is unsatisfactory, we are happy to issue a full store credit for future purchases.

Same day delivery

All orders placed prior to 3pm will be guaranteed to be sent out the day it was ordered. If an order is placed after 3pm to go out same day, please give us a call and we will gladly accommodate If possible.

Fresh cut Flowers for any occasion. Same day flower arrangements

Due to the nature of live products, all arrangements will have a similar mix of flowers and color story but no two arrangements will be exactly the same.

If one particular stem is not in stock, we will substitute for a similar flower/color that will blend with the selected arrangement.
