Due to the importance placed on a timely delivery, it can be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. All orders placed prior to 3pm will be sent out same day. Any cancellation requests must be done within the hour of purchase. After this time period cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please let us know within 24 hours. At that time, we are happy to pick up the product and replace it with another of the same. If this option is unsatisfactory, we are happy to issue a full store credit for future purchases.

All orders placed prior to 3pm will be guaranteed to be sent out the day it was ordered. If an order is placed after 3pm to go out same day, please give us a call and we will gladly accommodate If possible.
All workshops operate under a no-refund policy. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel, credit can be applied to a future workshop **only if the cancellation is made at least three days prior to the event date**. Cancellations made within three days of the workshop date will not be eligible for credit.
Due to the nature of live products, all arrangements will have a similar mix of flowers and color story but no two arrangements will be exactly the same.
If one particular stem is not in stock, we will substitute for a similar flower/color that will blend with the selected arrangement.
